Jules Lujan. no longer a new addition to the Powder Keg family, hails to us from Taos Pueblo, New Mexico where he studied and majored in the culinary arts. After working at several restaurants in his area, he decided to travel to Italy to further his culinary skills. We're excited to now have Jules be a part of our family!

With Jules' help, we're able to offer you a bit more than just sandwiches.

We're also excited to be supporting and using more and more organically grown herbs and vegetables from the PK plot at the Hercules Community Garden. Jules has come up with some fabulous dishes from the seasonal pickings of the garden, and we'd like to share them with you!
